I thank you for supporting my small business. I would like you to be happy with your product so please contact me if there is any issues I would love to make it right.
We have a 14 day exchange policy for faulty items. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your item to request an approval for an exchange. Sorry there is no return because I am a small hand made business but will do anything in my power to make you a piece that you will cherish and enjoy.
To be eligible for a exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in it's original packaging. You will also be responsible for postage fees.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at contact us via the button at bottom right of the website. If your exchange is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on sale items or gift cards.
Returns for exchange
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return package, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent your new item. You will need to choose something of equal value, if higher you will need to pay the difference in price.
